LAS VEGAS (September 30, 2015) – Scott Monroe, senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Las Vegas office finalized the $5.9 million refinance of Beltway Corporate Center, a 25,903 sq.ft. retail property located at 8955-9075 S. Eastern Avenue. The transaction was structured with a 15-year term and 25-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
