(March 17, 2016) – Gary McGlynn, senior vice president/co-managing director and Kenneth Gentzel, senior vice president/co-managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Washington, D.C. based regional office, arranged joint venture equity financing of $6.6 million for Atrium at Worldgate, an institutional quality 130,000 sq. ft., class “A” office building consisting of four stories located at 205 Van Buren Street in Herndon, Virginia. The building was constructed in 1987 with renovations in 2005 and 2014. Atrium at Worldgate provides high quality office space in a location that should strongly benefit from the extension of D.C. Metro’s Silver Line.
