Northmarq arranges $13.1 million refinance for Aspen Glade Apartments in Enumclaw, WA

ENUMCLAW, Wash. (Oct. 30, 2024) — Northmarq’s Seattle Debt + Equity team led by Robert Spiro secured a $13.15 million refinance of Aspen Glade Apartments, a multifamily community located at 750 Watson St. N. in Enumclaw, Washington.

Northmarq arranged the financing through the firm’s Fannie Mae delegated underwriting program.

“FNMA retired a loan they had on their books with an extremely competitive rate," Spiro said.

Aspen Glade Apartments are nestled on the edge of Enumclaw with convenient access to Highway 410, offering a blend of comfort and tranquility just 45 miles from downtown Seattle and 50 miles from Mount Ranier. The pet-friendly property also features units with a patio, full-size washer/dryer, fireplace and more.
