CHARLOTTE, SOUTH CAROLINA (November 26, 2019) – Dave Stewart, vice president of NorthMarq’s Charlotte-based regional office arranged the $6.65 million refinance of Ashley Chase Apartments. The multifamily property is located in Sumter, South Carolina.

- 30-year amortization schedule
- NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a CMBS lender
