Northmarq’s Nashville Multifamily Investment Sales team completes $13.325M sale of The Ashley in Columbia, TN
COLUMBIA, Tenn. — Northmarq’s Nashville Multifamily Investment Sales team led by Adam Klenk, Austin Heithcock, Jordan Arand, Quentin Nichols and Blake Wiser successfully completed the $13.325 million sale of The Ashley, a 97-unit garden apartment community located at 2516 Pitts Ct in Columbia, Tennessee.
Northmarq represented the seller, OSM Investment Co. The buyer was London Johnson Capital.
"Congratulations to both parties on the successful closing of The Ashley,” Klenk said. “HUD assumptions are a long process but uncertain capital markets such as these make them worth the wait.”
Built in 1980 and renovated in 2022, The Ashley offers a unique unit mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom floor plans — including three- and four-bedroom units available as two-story townhomes. Units feature granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.
