OMAHA (April 15, 2015) – Jason Kinnison, senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Omaha based regional office secured permanent financing of $7.25 million for The Apartments at Prairie lakes, a recently completed 92-unit multifamily property located at 1603 Prairie Lakes Drive in Ankeny, Iowa. The transaction was structured with a fully amortizing 25-year term. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a correspondent life insurance company.
