Northmarq secures $27M in financing for two industrial assets in American Canyon, CA
AMERICAN CANYON, Calif. — Northmarq’s Los Angeles Debt + Equity team, led by Karl Weidell, arranged $27 million in financing for two industrial properties in American Canyon, California. The team secured $18 million for 125 Mezzetta Court, a 380,700-square-foot facility, and $9 million for 760 Hanna Drive, a 188,000-square-foot property.
The permanent, fixed-rate loans were structured on 11-year terms through Northmarq’s correspondent relationship with Nationwide Life on behalf of a Beverly Hills-based sponsor.
“Nationwide provided the ability to combine the lowest cost of capital with thoughtful structure which illustrates the impact of Northmarq’s correspondent network and commitment to relationship-based lending,” said Weidell. “When sourcing best-in-class pricing, lenders can be particular, and Nationwide was not afraid to lean in.”
Built in 2000, 125 Mezzetta Court sits on 17.52 acres. 760 Hanna Drive was built in 2001 and is situated on 8.97 acres. The properties service the wine and beverage industry in the larger Napa region with strong connectivity to the Bay Area ports and employment centers.
