PHOENIX, ARIZONA (August 8, 2019) – James DuMars, senior vice president/managing director in NorthMarq’s Phoenix-based regional office, arranged the $8.1 million refinancing of Alma Park Shopping Center. The 68,678 sq. ft. retail is located at 2040 & 2050 North Alma School Road in Chandler, Arizona. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term on a 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a CMBS lender.
