PHOENIX – NorthMarq Capital's Phoenix-based regional office, arranged first mortgage refinancing of $3.8 million for Airpark 183 located at 16099 and 16101 North 82nd Street in Scottsdale, Arizona. This asset is a well-located, 57,493 sq. ft. industrial/flex property offering showroom space with significant frontage along Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd. as well as traditional office/warehouse space. She Knows, LLC is the major tenant at the site. Financing was based on a 5-year term and a 25-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged this financing for the borrower through its relationship with a correspondent life company lender. “Airpark 183 is a quintessential asset within the Scottsdale Airpark,” Stults said. “Our correspondent life insurance company understood the strength and desirability of this submarket as well as the subject property, while our Canadian-based client was pleased with our lender’s flexible terms and attractive fixed rate.”
