Northmarq’s National Healthcare Group completes $5.6M sale of AdventHealth medical office in Tampa MSA

BRANDON, Fla. (Feb. 3, 2025) — Jeff Matulis and Toby Scrivner of Northmarq’s National Healthcare Group successfully brokered the sale of a single-tenant healthcare facility in Brandon, Florida for $5.573 million. Northmarq represented the seller, a Texas-based owner. The buyer was LCRE Parson Park Brandon, LLC.

Located at 116 Parsons Park Drive, the 18,964-sq.ft. property serves as a family and internal medicine clinic for AdventHealth, a coalition of over 2,000 physicians, advanced practice providers, residents, fellows and faculty members.

The tenant operates on a triple net lease.

"The asset presented unique challenges for the seller in terms of getting the right buyer in place,” Matulis said. “We were able to utilize our platform to source a buyer who was looking to expand their healthcare portfolio. The end result achieved the seller's expectations for both timing and sale price."

The medical office property features 16 exam rooms, three procedure rooms, three labs and two waiting areas and is ideally located in a dense medical corridor. Nearby medical facilities include HCA Florida Brandon Hospital (less than one mile from the property), John Hopkins All Children’s Outpatient Care and more.
