NorthMarq Capital’s Washington, D.C. office secures $10 million permanent loan for 8230 Leesburg Pike in Tysons Corner, Virginia

WASHINGTON, D.C. (April 21, 2015) – Gary McGlynn, senior vice president/co-managing director and Brendan Scanlon, vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Washington, D.C. office arranged permanent financing of $10 million for 8230 Leesburg Pike. This eight story, class “B” office building was constructed in 1989. The building, located in Tysons Corner, Virginia, is comprised of four stories of office space atop four stories of structured parking. The transaction was structured with long term financing.
