Northmarq’s El Segundo Multifamily Investment Sales team of Brent Sprenkle, Parker Boehle and Alex Peterson successfully completed the sale of Los Angeles garden apartments for $3.6 million. Built in 1956, the 21-unit multifamily community is located at 6454 Lexington Avenue.
Northmarq represented the seller, a Long Beach-based owner. The buyer was a local investor.
