Northmarq’s Boston Debt + Equity team led by Ed Riekstins, Jeffrey Munoz and Kevin Sykes successfully secured the $1.2 million acquisition financing of 50-54 Main Street, a multi-tenant retail center in Durham, New Hampshire.
Northmarq arranged the permanent-fixed financing on behalf of their borrower through a commercial bank. The transaction was structured on a five-year term.
