Northmarq’s Philadelphia Debt + Equity team led by John Banas and Kris Wood successfully arranged $2.881 million in financing for 3rd & Cumberland located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, on behalf of their client, WCI Partners. The financing was arranged through Northmarq’s in-house Fannie Mae DUS platform.
3rd & Cumberland is a mixed-use property featuring 20 multifamily units and three retail spaces.
