ATLANTA (October 2013) – Wanda Riggs Mack, vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Atlanta based regional office arranged the refinance of 3580 Pierce Drive, an 18,750 sq.ft. office property located in Chamblee, Georgia. The transaction was structured with a fully amortizing 20-year term. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a local bank.
