LOS ANGELES (June 8, 2026) — Charlie Fischer and Zalmi Klyne of Northmarq’s Los Angeles Debt + Equity team secured the $4M refinancing of 344 W 157th Street located in Gardena, CA. Built in 1976, the single-tenant industrial warehouse features at total building square footage of 92,880 set on 4.3 acres of land.

Northmarq arranged the permanent fixed rate financing on behalf of the borrower through the firm’s life company relationship.
