NorthMarq Capital arranged refinancing of $6,000,000 for 282 Century Place, Louisville, Colorado

DENVER (August 28, 2013) - NorthMarq’s Denver regional office arranged a refinancing of $6,000,000 for 282 Century Place office building located at the same address in Louisville, Colorado. The facility, constructed in 2008, is a 62,219 s.f. single-story office building and occupied by a strong line-up of regional tenants. John M. Stewart, senior vice president; and Ilan Reissner, investment analyst, arranged the refinancing for the borrower.
