LOS ANGELES — Northmarq’s El Segundo-based Investment Sales team, led by Brent Sprenkle, Parker Boehle and Alex Peterson, brokered the $3.5 million sale of 233 N. Kenmore Ave. in Los Angeles. Built in 1925, the low-rise apartments feature 30 units.

Northmarq represented the seller, Animal Kenmore LLC. The buyer was Larchmont Kenmore, a Hollywood-based family investor.

"The property experienced almost 25% vacancy making traditional financing challenging and the buyer resorted to non-conventional short-term financing” said Sprenkle.
