LOS ANGELES — Northmarq’s El Segundo-based Investment Sales team, led by Parker Boehle, Brent Sprenkle and Alex Peterson, completed the $1.126 million sale of an eight-unit low-rise apartment building located at 227 S. Bonnie Brae St. in Los Angeles.
Northmarq represented the seller, 227 Bonnie Brae LLC, a private investor. The buyer was Bonnie Beverly 625 LLC.
"The property sold for $140,750 per unit which is on the higher side for a building with all studios in this pocket,” said Boehle. “However, there is excellent, long-term upside remaining for the buyer, through the additions of adding ADUs on the vacant, near 5,000 square feet of space at the rear of the lot.”
