Northmarq completes $4.75M sale of Los Angeles garden apartments

Northmarq’s El Segundo Multifamily Investment Sales team of Brent Sprenkle, Parker Boehle and Alex Peterson brokered the $4.75 million sale of a 20-unit multifamily property located at 2008-2012 S. Robertson Boulevard in Los Angeles. Built in 1954, the property boasts studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes as well as a billboard on Robertson Boulevard.

Northmarq represented the seller, Kentog Inc., a Chicago investor who owned the property for over 25 years. The buyer was a local investor who lives in the same neighborhood.

“The property is a rare and distinctive asset, as it features a prominent billboard on a high-traffic street leading into Beverly Hills, along with 20 value-add apartments. Opportunities to acquire similar properties are exceptionally limited,” said Sprenkle.
