PARSIPPANY (Feb. 17, 2014) – Gary Cohen, senior vice president/senior director of NorthMarq Capital’s New Jersey office arranged refinancing worth $3,763,279 for 2 Dedrick Place, located in West Caldwell, New Jersey. Terms for the 77,720 sq.ft. single tenant industrial building featured a 7-year loan based on a 25-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq financed the loan through its correspondent, Unum Life Insurance Company. “Unum provided an attractive seven year refinancing with a flexible prepayment structure in order to retain this quality loan in their portfolio,” said Cohen.
