Northmarq brokers $2.6M sale of Los Angeles low-rise apartments
1102 S Mariposa Ave
LOS ANGELES — Alex Peterson, Parker Boehle and Brent Sprenkle of Northmarq’s El Segundo office arranged the $2.6 million sale of a 24-unit low-rise apartment building in Los Angeles.
Northmarq represented the seller, a private investor, and the buyer, Cardinal Investments.
"The seller had owned this property for over 20 years and was looking to move on from managing it,” Peterson said. “Despite significant deferred maintenance, our team procured a non-contingent offer and delivered a smooth closing. A big thanks to both parties for trusting us with this sale.”
Built in 1927, the property is located at 1102 S. Mariposa Ave. in Koreatown and features studio apartments.
