Tyler Molleson is a senior associate in Northmarq’s Atlanta office. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of net leased properties for clients ranging from larger institutions to high-net-worth individuals. Tyler has been involved in excess of $400 million in net lease transactions within the retail, medical and office segments throughout the country. Tyler recognizes the need for trust and integrity throughout the commercial real estate industry and attributes his success to always putting his clients first. He strives to provide a high level of customer service and market knowledge which allows him to achieve great results for his clients. 

Before joining Northmarq, Tyler served as an associate director at Stan Johnson Company (SJC). Prior to SJC, Tyler was an area sales manager for Sartori Company. In this role, Tyler expanded Sartori’s presence in existing and new accounts through effective sales activity. He also exceeded monthly and yearly budgets set forth by the Director of Sales and managed local brokers and distributors to achieve high product visibility and positive sales results. 

Tyler is an Atlanta native and grew up about an hour south of the city. He attended Georgia State University where he received his bachelor’s degree in business management with a focus in real estate. Tyler holds a Georgia Real Estate Broker license.
