Tony Puthuff

Tony Puthuff is an associate broker at Northmarq's Walnut Creek office, where he focuses on commercial real estate investment sales with an emphasis on multifamily and self-storage assets. Bringing a data-driven approach to his work, Tony leverages his background in business analytics to support market research, financial modeling and deal analysis for the team.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Tony built a strong foundation in leadership and operations as the head of a 10-person sourcing team at Instant Offer Furniture in Denver. There, he generated revenue while managing real-time inventory across more than 500 items. He also served as an assistant swim coach at Scottsdale Swim Club, where his targeted coaching adjustments helped the team climb from fifth to third in league rankings.

Tony graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder's Leeds School of Business in May 2026 with a bachelor's degree in business administration, with an emphasis in real estate and business analytics.
