Taylor B Phillips

Taylor Phillips is a senior vice president in Northmarq's Houston office, where he is responsible for originating, underwriting, marketing and closing debt and equity financing for commercial real estate. He helps clients fulfill their capital needs by offering financing solutions through Northmarq's life insurance correspondents, regional and national banks, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, Wall Street conduits, debt funds, credit unions and other prominent capital sources.

Since joining Northmarq in 2020, Taylor has closed more than 100 financing assignments, exceeding $1 billion in originated capital across industrial, multifamily, retail, office, medical and additional property types. His experience spans all major product types, with a focus on creatively sourcing accretive debt and equity for clients. Taylor has built a strong track record of successfully structuring complex financing and capitalizing challenging deals. He was named Northmarq's 2025 Associate of the Year.

A graduate of Texas Christian University, Taylor holds a bachelor's degree in business administration. Born and raised in Houston, Taylor is married and enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as golf.
