Spencer Gordon
Spencer Gordon is an associate with Northmarq’s Investment Sales team in Los Angeles, where he focuses on industrial sale-leaseback transactions. He works with privately-held and family-owned operating companies that own their real estate, advising them on strategies to unlock capital while maintaining operational control of their facilities. In his role, he sources and evaluates opportunities across the United States and works closely with business owners, investors, and capital partners to structure real estate solutions that align with long-term operational and financial objectives.
Prior to joining Northmarq, Spencer worked at We Lend, a private real estate lending firm based in New York, where he served as an analyst. During his time at the firm, he originated and structured bridge loans for real estate investors across New York, New Jersey, and Florida. Spencer sourced and closed over $5 million in loan volume while working closely with underwriting teams to evaluate borrower profiles and structure financing solutions.
Spencer began his career with Cushman & Wakefield, supporting a leading brokerage team in New York City focused on office leasing. In this role, he assisted with market research, client presentations, and tenant analysis for prospective leasing opportunities.
Spencer earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from The Pennsylvania State University and completed a Commercial Real Estate Development Certificate from Cornell University.
