Rudy Dodier is a senior associate in Northmarq's San Antonio office. Rudy and his team are responsible for the investment sales and capitalizations in Central and South Texas. As a multifamily specialist, Rudy is responsible for creating and maintaining client relationships, along with oversight of underwriting, due diligence and production support. 

Rudy’s ability as a top-line contributor to build value-based business relationships where clients seek his guidance and expertise results in a bottom-line impact for both his clients and his team. He is passionate about understanding the intricacies of his clients' businesses and their needs, to provide a positive solution-based outcome that establishes confidence and trust for future business.

Prior to joining Northmarq in 2023, Rudy spent four years as an enterprise sales leader and director developing and expanding the North American business market for Platform.sh, a technology startup for deploying web applications on all the major clouds. During that time, he achieved President's Club and Global Sales Person of the Year and played a major role in the company’s fourfold growth. Prior to Platform.sh, Rudy spent over five years as a sales executive at Rackspace where he provided technology consulting and services for companies within the Fortune 1000 and achieved four consecutive years as a President’s Club honoree. 

From 2006 to 2013, Rudy led the international expansion of Abercrombie & Fitch into the UK and European markets, where he oversaw sales and operations.

Rudy attended the University of Texas at San Antonio and holds a bachelor's degree in business management and marketing. He has also been trained and certified in multiple sales methodologies and approaches including Sandler, MEDDPIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales, Value Selling and GAP Selling.
