Riggs Jones

Riggs Jones is a vice president in Northmarq’s Baltimore office, where he specializes in sourcing tailored debt and equity financing solutions for commercial real estate owners and developers. Leveraging Northmarq’s extensive network of life insurance company correspondents, CMBS lenders, banks, agencies, and other capital sources, Riggs structures financing strategies that align with client objectives across a wide range of property types, including multifamily, industrial, retail, office, and hospitality.

Riggs began his career with Northmarq in 2020 as an analyst, gaining experience in underwriting, market analysis, and transaction execution before transitioning into production. His analytical foundation and market knowledge allow him to deliver creative and competitive financing solutions for both stabilized and transitional assets.

An active member of NAIOP, Riggs serves on the organization’s Developing Leaders Board, where he helps foster connections and professional development opportunities within the commercial real estate community. Riggs holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from James Madison University.
