Pat Peterson, assistant vice president and loan portfolio manager of the portfolio management department oversees a team of loan portfolio analysts handling financial statement analysis, property inspections, special loan events and a variety of other functions for a portfolio of 970 loans for such lenders as Voya, Symetra, StanCorp and Latitude. He joined NorthMarq in 2005 as a commercial mortgage analyst. Pat was promoted to a senior commercial mortgage analyst in 2007, to a loan portfolio associate manager in 2011, then loan portfolio manager in 2012 and finally to his current position in 2014. He graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.
