Nico Ramirez

Nico Ramirez is currently in Northmarq’s associate program. He perfroms back office functions such as deal intake, underwriting and valuation. Throughout the program, Nico is gaining experience in a client-facing sales role with the national development services team, where he focuses on mixed-use redevelopment and land development deals.

During the summer of 2022, Nico interned for CBRE’s Tenant Representation team in Austin, Texas. Over the summer of 2021, Nico was a financial analyst intern for LeasePoint Funding Group, an equipment finance brokerage in Austin.

Nico earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus in finance from Texas A&M University, where he graduated in May of 2023, and possesses a Texas real estate sales agent license.
