Kevin Caceres

Kevin Caceres is a vice president in Northmarq’s Washington, D.C. regional office, and is responsible for originating, structuring and sourcing debt and equity arrangements for owners of income-producing real estate. Kevin has been with Northmarq since 2022 and underwrote and closed upwards of $1 billion in debt and equity transactions in his first three years with the team.

Kevin brings a unique background and perspective, having spent over a decade as an active certified public accountant before joining Northmarq. Prior experience includes in-house accounting roles with both a medical device company and an emerging technology company, each of which he saw through successful initial public offerings. He also served as a manager at KPMG, working in both audit and consulting functions for alternative investments firms, fintech companies and startups in the San Francisco Bay Area. This lens has given him an awareness and appreciation of the greater business concerns of his clients and has made him an expert in navigating the complexities required of taking transactions across the finish line.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in accountancy from the University of San Francisco and is a licensed CPA in California (inactive status). He is a member of DC Real Estate Group and of the Builders Society of the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington.
