Joshua Dicker

Josh Dicker is an associate vice president with Northmarq’s Chicago office, specializing in the disposition and acquisition of grocery-anchored shopping centers and single-tenant net lease retail properties. He represents institutional, private capital, and 1031 exchange clients on a national basis, with a particular focus on East Coast markets. His responsibilities include underwriting, valuation, investment strategy, and transaction execution across a broad range of retail asset types.

Josh began his career at Stan Johnson Company as an investment analyst, where he supported the firm’s national retail investment sales platform through underwriting, valuation, and transaction execution. Following the firm’s merger into Northmarq, he has continued in an advisory and transaction-focused role, contributing to the successful sale of more than $3 billion in transaction volume over seven years across multiple markets nationwide.

Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts in history with a minor in entrepreneurship from the University of Michigan. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
