Joe Heinzler

Joe Heinzler is a vice president of Debt + Equity in Northmarq’s Kansas City office. He joined the firm in 2023 and works with clients to source debt and equity solutions for their commercial real estate financing needs — leveraging a diverse network of lenders and investors including Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD, life insurance companies, CMBS, debt funds, credit unions, and banks.

Joe has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since 2016. Prior to joining Northmarq, he spent two years as a commercial relationship manager with North American Savings Bank, managing a portfolio of loans and working on CRE originations nationwide. Before making the transition into real estate finance in 2021, Joe was an office broker with Kessinger Hunter & Company, a Kansas City based CRE brokerage, where he was responsible for sourcing new business and representing clients on office leasing and sale transactions throughout the Kansas City metro.

Joe obtained his Bachelor of Science in business from the University of Missouri-Columbia, with a degree emphasis in finance & real estate. He currently holds a real estate salesperson’s license in Missouri.
