Jim Gibson brings more than 25 years in residential and commercial real estate brokerage to Northmarq. Jim and his team have transacted over $1.5 billion in net lease transaction since 2009 and his business development activities cross all segments of the net-lease market including retail, office, industrial and medical. In addition to managing his own team, Jim was recently promoted to regional director and partner of the Houston office where he is responsible for the leadership and bottom-line success of all activities in the Southwest region for Northmarq.

Before Northmarq, Jim served as regional director and partner at Stan Johnson Company (SJC). Prior to SJC, he was vice president of Development for Morrison Homes, responsible for land development and sale of 600 residential lots and homes annually. The CoStar Group has named Jim a CoStar Power Broker, which he views as a testament to the strength of SJC's client broker relationship and industry leading sales platform.

Jim is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Houston Association of Realtors and the Greater Houston Builders Association.
