Jeff Budish

Jeff Budish is a managing director of Investment Sales in Northmarq’s Minneapolis office. He is involved with both private and institutional capital markets and works closely with a wide range of investor and developer clients in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties and development sites. He has closed more than $1 billion in total transaction volume.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Jeff worked at Colliers Minneapolis-St. Paul for five years focusing on multifamily investment sales. While there, Jeff was consistently a top producer for the company earning a variety of awards and designations. Prior to Colliers, Jeff was at CBRE’s Minneapolis office selling retail investment properties.

Jeff is a member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR). He is a regular panel speaker at local multifamily seminars and conferences for a variety of organizations.

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics with emphasis in management and philosophy at St. Olaf College.
