Jack Brocato

Jack Brocato is an investment associate based in Northmarq’s Baltimore office. He is focused on the disposition of multifamily and build-to-rent assets in the Baltimore region, as well as other secondary and tertiary markets across the Mid-Atlantic.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Jack received a bachelor’s degree from St. Mary's College of Maryland in St. Mary’s City, Maryland, where he was a member of the men's varsity lacrosse team and earned recognition as an Academic All-American. He is a graduate of the St. Paul’s School for Boys in Brooklandville, Maryland. 

Jack is an active member of the One Love Foundation, a national, non-profit organization that works to end relationship abuse and helps young people recognize the signs of unhealthy relationships.
