Hank Riddle

Hank Riddle is an associate on Northmarq’s Commercial Investment Sales team based in its Houston office. Hank’s focus includes the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant shopping centers, medical office, and single-tenant triple-net lease assets throughout Texas and the U.S.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Hank worked as a senior insurance analyst at CBRE Loan Services where he managed a portfolio of agency and life company commercial loans — monitoring and reviewing insurance policies for loan collateral to ensure coverage met lender requirements. He also served as lender-placed insurance administrator for CBRE Loan Services under the supervision of senior management to ensure distressed assets were properly insured.

While in college, Hank acquired a diverse experience across both residential and commercial real estate operations and brokerage through employment at Blount-Sanford Contracting Company in Atlanta and St. Croix Capital Companies in Austin.

Hank graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2022 with a degree in corporate communications.
