Hank Riddle

Hank Riddle is an associate on Northmarq’s Commercial Investment Sales team based in its Houston office. Hank’s focus includes the acquisition and disposition of retail, industrial, and office properties with a strong concentration in government leased assets.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Hank worked as a senior insurance analyst at CBRE Loan Services where he managed a portfolio of agency and life company commercial loans — monitoring and reviewing insurance policies for loan collateral to ensure coverage met lender requirements. He also served as lender-placed insurance administrator for CBRE Loan Services under the supervision of senior management to ensure distressed assets were properly insured.

While in college, Hank acquired a diverse experience across both residential and commercial real estate operations and brokerage through employment at Blount-Sanford Contracting Company in Atlanta and St. Croix Capital Companies in Austin.

Hank graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2022 with a degree in corporate communications.
