Evan Hawksley

Evan Hawksley is an associate on Northmarq’s Investment Sales team based in Salt Lake City. He focuses on providing strategic advisory services to private client multifamily property owners.

Evan brings a strong background in investment banking and venture capital, having been directly involved in more than nine figures' worth of closed real estate transactions. As an investor himself, Evan approaches each transaction with an owner’s perspective, emphasizing thoughtful structuring, risk management, and efficient execution.

Evan studied finance at Utah State University, where he was an active member of the Finance Club and Investment Banking Club. He was a first-place finisher in the statewide Venture Capital Case Competition hosted by University Growth Fund and was recognized by Huntsman Business Magazine in 2021 for Best Investment.
