Blaise Bennett
Blaise Bennett is a senior associate in Northmarq’s Chicago and St. Louis offices. Blaise focuses primarily on advising clients on the disposition, acquisition, and capitalization of single and multi-tenant neighborhood retail shopping center properties throughout the United States. He has become an integral member of the team, delivering unmatched dedication to client service by providing thorough and reasoned market research, expert financial analysis, and detailed asset valuation. With an extensive financial and legal background, he effectively adds value and produces results for his clients.
Before Northmarq, Blaise served as an Associate Director at Stan Johnson Company’s Chicago office. Prior to Stan Johnson Company, Bennett was an attorney for a boutique Chicago-based law firm. In this role, he was responsible for reviewing and negotiating real estate contracts, performing title review and clearance, and analyzing lease and loan documents.
