Maggie Holmes receives 2024 Connect CRE Women in Real Estate award

ATLANTA (Oct. 21, 2024) — Senior Vice President Maggie Holmes of Northmarq’s Atlanta office has been selected by Connect CRE as a 2024 Woman in Real Estate. The annual awards recognize women in the commercial real estate industry who have demonstrated professional excellence and inspirational leadership.

Maggie has closed more than $250 million in transactions during her career and partners with Regional Managing Director Mike Sladich on one of Northmarq’s top-producing Commercial Investments teams. With a specialty in single and multi-tenant net lease retail and industrial assets, Maggie leads a team of brokers, analysts, marketing specialists and administrative support and continues to drive her own personal production.
