Forty Semadeni recognized as Commercial Future Leader by MBA
The MBA recently awarded SVP/FHA Chief Underwriter Fortunat (Forty) Semadeni the title of Commercial Future Leader. The Future Leader program is an executive leadership development initiative that delivers a comprehensive in-person and online curriculum for selected managers who have shown leadership interests and abilities.
Semadeni was recognized, along with 72 other mortgage professionals (37 from the residential market segment and 35 from the commercial/multifamily market segment), in a graduation ceremony at the association's 2019 Annual Convention & Expo in Austin, Texas.
Participants enhance their skills through three hands-on sessions geared toward political activism; business analysis and problem-solving; and experiential learning through collaboration, networking and peer group interaction.
The new class will join a national network of more than 640 real estate finance professionals who have been acclaimed by the industry as its next generation of leaders. This is the sixth class to include graduates who completed a program specific to commercial/multifamily real estate finance.
