Wyatt Campbell is a vice president with Northmarq’s San Diego office focusing on debt and joint venture equity production. He has a proven track record of assisting clients with the entire capital stack for a deal, including permanent first mortgages, JV equity, preferred equity, mezzanine debt and bridge debt. Financing sources for these transactions include insurance companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, CMBS, pension funds, debt funds, banks, credit unions and other prominent capital sources. 

During his tenure with Northmarq, he has played a key role in the origination and closing of more than $1.125 billion in transactions for multifamily, office, retail, industrial and self-storage properties. In 2018, Wyatt was recognized as Northmarq’s “Associate Producer of the Year.”

Wyatt has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since 2010. He began his career with CBRE in Tucson, AZ. During that time, he worked on CBRE’s Capital Markets team specializing in the disposition of commercial and multifamily investment assets. He was directly involved in investment property sales totaling over $500 million in consideration. Before his career in real estate, Wyatt was a professional stuntman performing nightly western shows in Tucson.

Wyatt currently serves on NAIOP San Diego’s Developing Leaders Council. He is also actively involved with ULI, ICSC and the Self-Storage Association. Wyatt holds a B.S. from The University of Arizona.
