Steven Goldstein

Steven Goldstein, senior vice president, joined Northmarq in 2020 and currently leads the Multifamily Investment Sales team based in Los Angeles, California. Steven has worked with the full spectrum of client profiles including private high-net worth investors and institutions representing both in the acquisition and disposition of market-rate multifamily properties and land for development. Steven is also considered an industry leader of affordable housing transactions within Los Angeles County having completed over $200 million in this space over the last 3 years.

With a relentless work ethic, and consistently achieving outsized results for his clients, Steven has completed over $1 billion in transactions and continues to expand his network and skillset in the investment sales arena. Steven was recently awarded with joining Northmarq’s Leadership Council which is reserved for the top producers at Northmarq.

Prior to joining Northmarq, he was senior director of investments at Marcus & Millichap and was an integral member of one of the highest producing teams in the country.

Steven received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and he is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of California.
