Erik Anderson

Erik Anderson is senior vice president of Investment Sales in Northmarq's San Diego office. Since joining the company in 2020, he has played a pivotal role in establishing Northmarq as a prominent force in multifamily brokerage within the San Diego market.

Erik has garnered recognition for his contributions in successfully closing transactions for some of Southern California's most substantial and dynamic private, middle market and institutional investors. He was honored as a recipient of the '40 Next Top Business Leaders Under Forty 2021' award by the San Diego Business Journal, an award given to the next generation of movers and shakers in San Diego.

Throughout his career, Erik has overseen transactions exceeding a total value of $450 million. His responsibilities encompass a broad spectrum, including aiding clients in evaluating assets, managing acquisitions and dispositions and advising on asset sales that typically fall within the range of $8 million to $50 million.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Erik actively engages with the San Diego community. He has contributed his time and expertise by serving on the Developing Leaders board for NAIOP San Diego and affiliating with ULI. Additionally, he has been involved in various philanthropic ventures, supporting organizations such as the EOD Warrior Foundation, The San Diego Zoo Global and Padres Pedal the Cause.

Erik earned his bachelor's in regional development from the University of Arizona. He is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson – CA BRE License #01991182.
