About
David joined Northmarq in November 2022 to open the Miami office. In his current capacity, he is responsible for executing financing assignments with a specialization in apartments and government agency lending programs.
Prior to Northmarq, David financed multifamily projects at CBRE after spending years brokering the sales of redevelopment sites and apartment buildings in Los Angeles. Throughout his professional career, he raised capital for a private investment and development company focused on institutional real estate throughout the Western United States. David combines his background in investment sales and syndication to develop creative financing solutions for his clients.
David graduated from the University of Southern California where he studied economics and business administration. He volunteers time with ULI’s Pathways to Inclusion and University Connections programs.
