Ari Azarbarzin

Ari Azarbarzin oversees the execution of investment sales transactions throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. He focuses on multifamily and Build-To-Rent transactions in the Maryland suburbs of Washington, D.C., Baltimore, and Southern Pennsylvania.

With over 10 years of industry experience, he has completed more than $2 billion worth of transactions, receiving numerous recognitions. Ari has been recognized on multiple occasions as a Costar "Power Broker," a "Rising Star" by Commercial Property Executive and is a past recipient of the Baltimore Business Journal’s "40 Under 40" award. Prior to joining Northmarq, Ari served as a senior director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he oversaw investment sales activity in the Baltimore region. 

Ari is a member of the National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC) and a licensed real estate salesperson in Maryland and Pennsylvania. Ari holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland.
