About
Roger Trapnell specializes in the origination and production of mortgage debt and structured finance transactions for commercial real estate. Roger began his career in commercial real estate as a broker for CB Richard Ellis in 1983. He was a mortgage banker with Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, LLC from 1985 until joining Northmarq in 2002.
Roger holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed real estate broker for the state of Texas. He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America and a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) organization.
