Brett Bowman

Brett Bowman joined Northmarq in 2005 and currently serves as an associate producer in the Baltimore office. Brett’s responsibilities include facilitating debt and equity placements for various lenders and investors including life insurance companies, CMBS, agency lenders and banks. 

Before becoming an associate producer in January 2018, Brett served as a senior analyst and was responsible for the oversight of more than $1.4 billion of underwritten commercial mortgage debt as well as coordinating the field servicing duties for the local $2.7 billion portfolio. In 2016, Brett was awarded as Northmarq Analyst of the Year. 

Prior to Northmarq, Brett served as an account manager for The All-Star Group. Brett is a graduate of Salisbury University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and continues his real estate education through ongoing industry seminars and coursework.
