Blake Butler currently serves as an investment analyst in NorthMarq’s Houston-based regional office. Blake joined Q10 KDH as a senior associate in April 2019 and was brought onboard when the company was acquired by NorthMarq in the beginning of 2020. A seasoned commercial real estate professional with more than 13 years of financial services experience, he has great expertise in underwriting and arranging debt & equity financing for all property types throughout the United States. He has underwritten and closed more than $800 million in debt transactions during his career.
Blake actively attends events for all real estate sectors to stay abreast of the ever changing landscape of the Houston market. Blake is a graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and currently serves on the associate vestry at his church.
