Our diversity strategy is centered around people and is focused on three areas:

Talent acquisition: Broad recruitment efforts to build a pipeline of diverse talent and increase the representation of diverse talent across commercial real estate including, but not limited to, women and people of color.

Talent development: Provide exciting career opportunities to grow, develop, and thrive for long-term success at Northmarq.

Commitment to the communities in which we work and industry partnerships: We focus on developing partnerships which help Northmarq as well as the industry achieve our goals. This includes, but is not limited to, Mortgage Bankers Association’s Diversity recruiting initiative, the Fannie Mae-sponsored Future Housing Leaders group, and multiple sponsorships including Project Destined, CREW, and RENEW.

Finally, Northmarq is committed to giving back to the community, including resources, employee time, and talents, to address needs such as homelessness, food insecurity, and affordable housing through partnerships with non-profit organizations.
